Banking & Finance in Tunisia
Tunisia's banking and financial sector plays a central role in financing the economy, businesses and investment. Credit, financing, foreign exchange, payment and capital-market transactions are governed by specific regulation and, depending on their nature, supervised by the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT), the Financial Market Council (CMF) and other competent authorities. Our firm advises banks, financial institutions, companies, investors, investment funds and international groups on structuring and legally securing financing transactions in Tunisia.
