Maître Samia Nasri is an arbitrator and distinguished lawyer registered with the Tunisian Bar since 2007, holding the title of lawyer before the Court of Cassation. Her qualifications include a master's degree in Anglo-American law, an Executive MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and certifications in corporate advisory, Islamic finance, and legal English.

As founder of AL NASRI INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM (ANILF), she has become a leading figure in the legal community. She brings 17 years of experience in major Tunisian law firms and completed international internships at renowned institutions including Clifford Chance London, Morgan Stanley London, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association in Chicago.

Throughout her career, she has advised numerous Tunisian and foreign companies on a broad spectrum of legal matters. She has worked on major projects such as Tata Motors' investment in Tunisia, Sama Dubai, and due diligence processes for various businesses, while also publishing on comparative law, foreign investment, and legal implications of the COVID-19 crisis.
